This involves having to refurbish and refresh their offering. This would be achieved by rejuvenating the interior architectural design, elevating the aesthetic appeal and creating a feeling of world class comfort, luxury and functionality. Improving on IT and connectivity services, air- conditioning, plumbing, and overall services.
A direct strategic approach to reactivating and revitalizing this sectors economic viability lies in the ability to maximize profitability and minimize expenditure.
